Here is my 2019 page for Reading Challenges because they are one of the most fun things you can do with books (other than read them). So as New Year’s Resolutions go, I have made great plans for my reading year.
2019 Retellings Reading Challenge
Almost but not quite the same as my usual (personal) Fairy Tale Retellings Challenge, this one is hosted by cornerfolds and includes a more diverse range of retellings than just fairy tales. Because I always need to catch up on my retellings and I adore the bingo card, I thought I’d join in the fun. I’ll enter the challenge at the Warrior Princess level – that’s 6-10 retellings to read this year.
But really, I want to fill the entire bingo card!
Here’s the excellent bingo card and some ideas about what I’ll read for it:

O.W.L.s readathon
N.E.W.T.s readathon
Last year, I decided to read a manageable 52 books – one book per week – in the Goodreads Reading Challenge. With almost no comics, I managed to reach and surpass that goal, so this year, I’m aiming a little higher. ETA: and higher… and higher still. 🙂
